XTRA NYC Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. Shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of XTRA NYC’s control may occur.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. XTRA NYC is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us for assistance.
